SMIT Creator – Vilnius

As SMIT CREATOR’s Training Specialist, I had an opportunity to take part in Effect 2 social society training course; I can highly recommend youth workers participating in similar programs.

The event was held in Lithuania and was perfectly organized by Culture Center In Actio: it was a great opportunity to exchange ideas with participants from all over the world and an occasion to acquire new skills.

Thanks to active teaching, a lot of space was left to participants to share their own experiences and to find innovative solutions to common problems concerning social inclusion and human rights. Furthermore, participants could learn how to use different kind of activities in order to share new skills and apply them in their countries of origin by organizing various training programs. Side effects of the project? Having great time, meeting new friends and sightseeing the beautiful city of Vilnius
